Goals

The goals of creating Toluna's Influencers App were to drive user engagement with positive survey experiences, deliver real-time insights to brands, retain users through personalized rewards, ensure data quality, and foster meaningful interactions.

Additionally, I aimed to stand out in the market, increase brand awareness, attract more participants, grow our community, and enhance visibility for financial success.

Solution

To achieve our goals, I focused on creating an intuitive user interface for seamless survey experiences, providing real-time insights to brands. Personalized rewards enhanced user retention, while strict data validation ensured quality.

Targeted marketing, increased brand awareness and attracted more participants. Continuous optimization drove our success in the survey market.

As the lead designer for the Influencers app, my main focus was on creating an enjoyable user experience. The goal was to attract more users to participate in surveys, grow our respondent community, and increase the company's visibility in the survey market for greater financial success.

I designed an app that is super user-friendly, ensuring an easy navigation through surveys.

Research Process

Research Competitors

In conducting user research, a thorough competitive analysis was performed to understand existing survey apps like SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Survey Junkie and Google Forms. This included evaluating their user experience, features, and user satisfaction levels through reviews. Insights from this analysis informed the design of the Toluna Influencers App, ensuring it offers a unique and compelling experience compared to competitors.

User Research

Our research aims to deeply understand potential users needs and behaviors to guide the design of the Toluna Influencers App. We use online surveys to gather diverse insights into users survey habits, preferences, motivations, and expectations

Personas

Conducting personas research for the Toluna Influencers App was essential to understanding our diverse user base. This research provided valuable insights into users motivations and behaviors, guiding the design of an app tailored to their needs. Ultimately, personas research played a crucial role in ensuring the app's success in meeting user expectations and delivering value.

Goals
Michelle needs to understand customer behavior and preferences to optimize marketing efforts.  She also wants to track employee satisfaction for a well-rounded view of her department.

Tom’s primary goal is to earn rewards while providing valuable feedback on products and services. He wants to stay informed about the latest trends and insights in marketing and advertising.

Flows & Wireframes

Armed with these insights, I crafted initial wireframes focusing on intuitive navigation and clear information hierarchy. Through iterative refinement and stakeholder feedback, I ensured the designs were user-centric and engaging. I ensured the designs were user-centric and engaging. Close collaboration with developers guaranteed feasibility and seamless implementation. Ultimately, my goal was to deliver wireframes that not only reflected Toluna's brand identity but also provided a superior user experience.

Defining the UI

In the UI design phase of the Toluna Influencers App, my role was to transform conceptual ideas into a visually compelling and intuitive interface. Through meticulous attention to detail, I focused on creating a seamless user experience by refining elements such as navigation footer, buttons, and typography. Iterative testing and feedback loops allowed for continuous refinement, ensuring that the final design not only met but exceeded user expectations. The end result was an interface that balanced simplicity with sophistication, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.

It’s all about the details

In designing the Toluna Influencers App, every color, icon, font, and illustration was meticulously chosen to create a cohesive and engaging user experience. Vibrant colors were selected for energy and positivity, while icons were designed for intuitive navigation. Clear and modern typography ensured readability, while illustrations added personality and visual interest. Each element contributed to a visually appealing and user-friendly interface that resonated with our audience.
