InfoBoards Redesign
I undertook the mission to redesign the company's info-board tool, a platform that provides actionable analytics for both quantitative and qualitative research. With a focus on delivering real-time field reports, verbatim responses, and advanced analysis capabilities, The info-boards tool offers interactive dashboards that empower users to make informed decisions promptly.

Project Overview
Problems
The company's info-board tool was outdated, unresponsive, and unfriendly to users.
With a vast amount of data to display, it was challenging to present this information in a simple, clear, and easy-to-use manner.
Solution
The project aimed to address these issues by implementing both minor UX improvements and a substantial UI overhaul.
The goal was to transform the info-board tool into a responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly platform.
This involved mapping out all existing screens and actions, creating wireframes to demonstrate use cases across various screen sizes, and defining a more efficient, modern, clear, and simple UI.
My Role
As the lead designer, my role was to oversee the entire redesign project.
I led the effort to identify areas for improvement in both UX and UI, working to ensure that the final product would meet the needs of our clients.
This involved, creating wireframes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement the redesign effectively. Ultimately, my aim was to deliver a transformed info-board tool that would enhance users to make informed decisions promptly.

Old Product
The company's info-board tool faced significant challenges due to its outdated design and lack of responsiveness. Users encountered difficulties accessing and interacting with data across different devices and screen sizes, leading to frustration and inefficiency.
Moreover, the UI lacked intuitiveness, making it challenging for clients to navigate through the vast amounts of data presented in the info-board. This lack of usability hindered users ability to make informed decisions quickly and effectively.
Additionally, the complexity of the data further compounded the problem, as users struggled to understand and extract insights from the information provided.
Wireframes
Creating wireframes was a crucial step in the redesign process of the info-board tool. It involved translating the existing screens and actions into visual representations that depicted the layout and functionality of each interface element. By meticulously mapping out the screens and actions,I was able to identify areas for improvement and devise strategies to enhance the UX and UI.
Each wireframe served as a blueprint, illustrating how the info-board would appear and function across various screen sizes and devices. This allowed me to ensure that the design remained responsive, adapting seamlessly to different resolutions and orientations.

Defining the UI
Designing the UI for the infoboard tool was a multifaceted endeavor that aimed to address various usability challenges and modernize the overall user experience. I approached this task with a focus on clarity, simplicity, and user-friendliness, aiming to create an interface that would empower users to efficiently access and interpret complex data.
